About FluxServe

Field expertise focused entirely on transformers

FluxServe supports transformer projects from the moment a unit arrives on site through years of in-service operation — commissioning, testing, and maintenance, done to standard.

What we do

FluxServe works with utilities, industrial facilities, energy-storage developers, and EPC teams to get transformers online safely and keep them reliable afterward. We handle the field work — receipt inspection, installation support, pre-commissioning testing, energization, and ongoing maintenance — so equipment performs the way it was specified to.

Our approach is built around industry testing standards (ANSI C57.12.00, IEEE) rather than shortcuts, and we work across liquid-filled and dry-type units regardless of manufacturer.

Safety First

Every job — from receipt inspection to energization — follows documented procedures and manufacturer safety requirements. No step gets skipped to save time.

Standards-Based Testing

Insulation resistance, turns ratio, power factor, and CT verification are performed to ANSI/IEEE standards, with full documentation for your records.

Vendor-Neutral

We aren't tied to a single OEM's service network, so you get consistent support regardless of who manufactured the unit.

Full Lifecycle Partner

We don't disappear after commissioning. FluxServe stays engaged for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency response for as long as the unit is in service.
